Apparently there’s some outdoor festival called Boulevard Bash and it’s outside my apartment. You can’t tame this city.

OH MY GOD ! Aliens are taking over Chicago! Aliens are landing outside my window and they look GROSS. They’re more hideous than I ever thought imaginable. Are they the benevolent kind like in Childhood’s End? Or are they the evil kind like in most sci-fi movies? Either way, I don’t like it. They’re probably going to take our jobs, and frankly, I don’t need the competition.

Good luck though, right? They’re going to need it. They look disgusting, like a black cloud. Or like a tumbleweed, or a wet clump of hair. Oh wait, that’s my hair. GROSS. Well crisis averted, for now.
